4th of July Festivities

We headed to a friends house where we cooked out and shot skeet. The kids had a ball eating hot dogs and cheetos and drinking kool-aid. They were FILTHY, but hey--that is part of the fun--right?

The older kids had dirt bikes. Some of them took our kids on VERY VERY SLOW rides. Jake was absolutely beside himself!

Then at the last minute we decided to go watch the fireworks show. Let me just say that I had on NO makeup because we started these festivites at 4:00pm and it was so hot I knew I would be sweating anyway! So just pretend I don't look quite so....."lovely".
Needless to say--we came home, took baths, and crashed!! Hope you all had a great
4th!

I Want a new Title

Ok-so I don't know if it is because it is late or because I am getting old, but I am stuck. I am asking for your help! I want a catchy cool snazzy title for my blog (which I am going to attempt to keep updated). I know the couple of you who do read my blog might have some creative energy so I am asking for suggestions!! I want to stay away from anything with our last name because I am paranoid about blog stalkers. I know this might sound crazy, but a girl who lives in my quiet small little town was being stalked by some crazy man she didn't know--who doesn't live in our town. I would just like to remain freak-free if you know what I mean. PSYCHO FREE ZONE!! I am off to bed but will be anxiously checking to see what suggestions you have! Thanks for your help!! Stay tuned for a post about our weekend trip to the lake. I tried to do it earlier today but my computer spazzed out on me!! UGH!
